1.) Do you offer team or bulk pricing?
A. Yes, we have Team Pricing Available. TC Club offers many benefits that is designed for teams and coaches to order.

2.) I want to put a package together, but I do not like the options listed online. Can I add or subtract a couple of items to fit my needs?
A. Yes. We offer custom packages to fit your club's needs. Please call 1-888-301-2474 to talk with a Volleyball Specialist to design your own custom package.

3.) My school budget was cut this year and I have to do fundraising to outfit my team this year. Do you have any bargain uniform deals?
A. Yes. We offer great discounts on closeout items. These items are available in a smaller selection of sizes and colors, but they are ideal for smaller budgets. We also can offer a way to help with fundraising with a custom team web store. Please call us for more information at 1-888-301-2474.

4.) I only have a small team, are there minimums?
A. We do not have minimums and you can get our low team price no matter how many you order. We do offer even deeper discounts the more you order!

5.) Do you customize? What is the difference between screening and embroidery? Cost for customization?
A. Yes, we customize! Screen-printing uses custom paint colors to stencil on any design of your choice. This process is more expensive the more colors you incorporate, but it is better on larger designs, t-shirts, and sweats. The cost varies greatly depending on the number of colors in the design as well as the quantity ordered. Embroidery uses thread to stitch on your design. This is better for smaller designs and most commonly used on polos, warm-ups, bags, hats, etc. The cost for embroidery is determined by the number of stitches. More colors do not increase the price for embroidery.

6.) I am looking at getting screen-printing on my jerseys and embroidery on my bags. What are the steps I need to take?
A. We have step-by-step instructions to help you determine your customization order.

7.) I want to see a couple of jerseys for the kids to try on before ordering. How do I do this?
A. The best way to determine the appropriate sizes for your team/club before placing your team order is to place a sample order.

8.) I ordered samples and have placed my order. How do I return these to you?
A. To return your samples, you will need a Return Authorization number. To receive an RA#, please email or call customer service at 1-888-301-2474.

9.) I ordered too many spandex for my team. What is the return policy?
A. All returns and/or exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This can be requested by calling or emailing our Customer Service team. The RA# must be placed on the outside of the box in order for full credit to be issued. Merchandise must be shipped by a traceable method (FedEx, UPS) within 30 days from the day it is received. Items returned after 30 days or without an RA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All products must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and/or exchange shipping charges. In certain circumstances, items may be drop shipped to you from the manufacturer. In the event of a drop shipment, please send all returns to Team Connection. If merchandise is returned directly to the manufacturer, credit cannot be applied. Non-returnable items include items not in our catalog or on our website, closeout items, and customized items.

10.) Is it best to place orders online or through a customer service representative over the phone?
A. It's up to you! Ordering online gives you the option to order at any time of the day. We would love to hear from you over the phone. Please see the bottom of our website for our hours.

Questions About Early Commitment

1.) Why should I participate in the Early Commitment Program?
A. It allows you to reserve the product you will need in advance so you will not have to face backorder dates or product not being available when you are ready to place your official order.

2.) I do not have my official sizes yet, so I can not participate.
A. This is not true. We will inflate your sizes from last year so we will have extra in each size.

3.) What are the benefits?
A. You do not have to worry about facing back order dates. You will receive a free t-shirt or water bottle with each package you order. Team Connection will separate your orders individually so they are ready to hand out directly to your players.

4.) Can I still get samples?
A. Yes, please order your samples through your sales rep.

5.) How do I qualify?
A. In order to participate in the Early Commitment Program, your order must be $5000 or more in product (customization and freight not included).
