The key to a successful and on-time delivery of your order is reserving your product
months before you need delivery. A pre-order is an estimate or forecast of the units you think you will need based on your previous year’s order and growth projections. We will pre-order more than you estimate to make sure enough inventory is protected. Once you have pre-ordered, the next step is ordering your sample size runs for sizing. We will also discuss options for submitting your club uniform order. You can place your uniform order through your rep or we will set up a Custom Team Store for your organization for FREE. With a Custom Team Store the orders can ship directly to your to players with no product to distribute and no money to collect. Plus you can earn cash back on all web store purchases. 1. Pre-Order or Forecast Your Uniforms
Select your uniform package items: brand(s), style(s), color(s) and approximate
quantities by September 30, 2016. We can use your club’s 2015 order to determine
the sizes to reserve. *We will reserve an extra 10% in each size as margin of error.
Please provide date you will provide actual sizes and date you will need delivery.
2. Place Your Sample Order for Sizing Day
Order your size runs of samples to size your players. Samples must be paid for and we will credit you back upon return. Samples must be returned in re-sellable condition within 30 days of receipt.

3. Place Your Club Uniform Order
Submit your sizes on our Team Connection order form or direct your players to your Custom Team Store to order. Team Store
orders will be processed by Team Connection when store closes. Please note that changes or additions after the final order has been
submitted order will delay the order.
