There’s a whole lot more out there than just normal pepper! A great warm up is to go through a rotation of the different peppers. Start a new pepper every minute. Mix it up by having players switch partners every minutes. Have a system of rotating partners in place so you don’t waste time between.

A) Seated Roll – Player 1 holds ball and sits in a straddle position on the corner of 2 lines that forms a 90 degree angle, a leg on each line.
