* Use your arm/shoulder warm-up time to work on arm swing form
Partner with partners standing at 10ft line on opposite sides of the net facing one another. 

Overhead Throw – Overhead throw using 2 hands.  Throw ball over the net and work on stretching out abs and back by arching
One Arm Throw – Bring ball above head with 2 hands.  Pull ball back with hitting arm (keep non-hitting arm high and out in front).  Use torso and twist, just as you would hitting, and throw over net to partner.
