Team Connection will be the official clothing sponsor for the AVCA Holiday Tournament.  The holiday tournament, a 60-team tournament on 15 courts in the Tampa Convention Center at the Women’s Final Four and AVCA Coach’s Convention.
This tournament will consist of an afternoon wave on Saturday, ending before the Women’s Division I final begins that night, 
and afternoon playoffs on Sunday with all teams guaranteed 3 matches Saturday and 2 Sunday.

Staying low while passing. 
Groups of 3.  Player 1 and Player 2 stand on 10 ft line directly across from one another on opposite sides of the court.  Both have balls.
Player 3 straddles center line under the net facing in direction of Player 1 and Player 2.  Player 3 shuffles to 10 ft line in front of player 1.  Player 1 tosses ball to Player 3.  Player 3 passes and shuffles under net to other 120 ft line where Player 2 tosses a ball.  Player 3 passes back.  Continue for 30 …

A team’s offensive system largely depends on the skills of its members.  There are three main systems that can be used and each has its own advantages and disavantages.  A decision must be made on which system to used to best fit a team’s capabilities and the situation a team will encounter. 
A.  5-1 Three rotations with 3 front row hitters; three rotations with 2 front row hitters.

There’s a whole lot more out there than just normal pepper! A great warm up is to go through a rotation of the different peppers. Start a new pepper every minute. Mix it up by having players switch partners every minutes. Have a system of rotating partners in place so you don’t waste time between.

Basic Pepper -
